Guest List Checklist
A guest list only works if you act on it. This checklist covers the people side of your wedding — building the master list, setting the rules, inviting, chasing RSVPs, seating, and locking headcounts — ordered by how far out each task should happen.
0 of 18 tasks done
The tasks fall into four phases. Twelve months out you draft the master list and set the rules. Six months out you finalize it, send save-the-dates, and book accommodation. In the final months you invite, chase RSVPs, and plan seating. In the last month you lock the headcounts vendors work from.
The category view groups the same tasks by the work itself — guest list, RSVP and responses, seating, and accommodation — so you can focus on one area at a time.
