How the guest checklist works

The tasks fall into four phases. Twelve months out you draft the master list and set the rules. Six months out you finalize it, send save-the-dates, and book accommodation. In the final months you invite, chase RSVPs, and plan seating. In the last month you lock the headcounts vendors work from.
